My husband and I purchased our lake home when our children were young, and we have made many beautiful memories together as a family there. As they have grown into young adults, they still LOVE the lake house and all the fun that goes with a week or weekend stay. It is set up as a second home (we live FT in Lakewood in East Dallas), and it is sparkly clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and has everything you might need.

You'll love our place because it LOOKS and FEELS like a lake house. You can swim and play in the water right off the back yard. No rocks and it's a sandy bottom. The depth varies depending on lake fullness, but even little kids can stand up closest to the yard. Lots of fish have been caught right from our dock - try your luck!

Our lake home is on OPEN WATER (NOT a cove or channel) with a beautiful view of the lake and located on the sought after West side 1.25 hours from Dallas. It's an EASY and COMPLETE ESCAPE from the daily grind! The community we're in is small, safe, and peaceful. Cedar Creek Lake is one of the largest lakes in Dallas, but also one of the quietest due to mostly private docks and launches.

We also have a home in Durango, Colorado that we rent on a short term basis when we're not using it. Check it out! Durango is a really fun mountain town!
